You will need the following information to set up an email on your device or computer:
Incoming
Incoming mail server: mail.lobo.net
Incoming Port: 993
Username: (is your whole email address)
Connection Security: SSL
Authentication Type: Normal password
Outgoing
Outgoing mail server: mail.lobo.net
Outgoing Port: 465
Connection Security: SSL
Authentication Type: Normal password
(same email and password authentication as incoming)
If you have your own domain hosted with us, the settings are slightly different than if you have an @lobo.net email address with us, details are:
Incoming
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com (change the yourdomainname.com portion to your hosted domain name)
Incoming Port: 993
Username: (is your whole email address)
Connection Security: SSL
Authentication Type: Normal password
Outgoing
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomainname.com (change the yourdomainname.com portion to your hosted domain name)
Outgoing Port: 465
Connection Security: SSL
Authentication Type: Normal password
(same email and password authentication as incoming)
If you'd rather connect using webmail this is also different, please use https://webmail.yourdomainname.com (change the yourdomainname.com portion to your hosted domain name)
